Problem
Initial candidate screening is time-consuming and inconsistent when done manually.
Approach
Built a server-rendered Next.js application integrated with the OpenAI API to assess and analyze candidate responses for accurate, unbiased initial screening, with AWS Lambda handling backend processing serverlessly.

Candidate response → Next.js (SSR) → AWS Lambda → OpenAI API scoring
